計劃目的及晉升階梯
計劃目的旨在發掘有潛質的運動員，提高跳繩愛好者及大眾對跳繩運動的認識。計劃內容會以循序漸進式加強難度，鼓勵運動員進步和提升技術，透過技術評核試鑑定運動員的水平，讓運動員的技術獲得認同。
計劃亦同時銜接全港跳繩梯隊訓練計劃，考取指定章別後，能參與對應水平的訓練班，進行系統和持續性訓練。
Program Objectives & Pathway
The program aims to identify potential athletes and raise awareness of rope skipping among enthusiasts and the general public. The curriculum adopts a progressive approach to difficulty, encouraging athletes to improve and enhance their skills. Through technical assessments, athletes’ proficiency levels are verified and recognized.
Furthermore, the program serves as a pathway to the Hong Kong Rope Skipping Squad Training Program. Upon obtaining designated badges, athletes are eligible to join training classes at the corresponding level, ensuring systematic and continuous development.
課程架構與晉升階梯
- 合共十個章別： 設有由初級章至白金章，共十個級別。
- **技術階級化：**透過分級制度，讓學員更清晰了解自己的技術水平。
- 完善的晉升階梯： 提供完整的晉升路徑： 青幼苗班 > 地區區隊 > 精英班 > 跳繩屬隊
Program Structure & Pathway
- 10 Badge Levels: A total of 10 levels, ranging from the Elementary Badge to the Platinum Badge.
- Tiered Skill System: A structured skill progression allows students to clearly understand their proficiency and level.
- Comprehensive Progression Pathway: A clear ladder for advancement: Young Athletes Class > District Team > Elite Class > Rope Skipping Team

您可以在這一頁的「網上報名表格」進行線上報名，或者下載「個人報名表格」。報名後，您將收到確認郵件和參加詳細信息。
You can register online via the “Online Registration Form” on this page, or download the “Individual Registration Form”. Upon registration, you will receive a confirmation email with participation details.
青幼苗班（季票），每三個月（3、6、9、12月）可以免費考一個章別。所有非季票學生，仍然可以透過購買服務申請章別考核。
Open Class (Quarterly Pass) students are entitled to one free badge assessment every three months (March, June, September, and December). All non-Quarterly Pass students may still apply for the assessment by purchasing the service.
凡錯過「章別考核日」之學員，應於上堂時通知教練，以便安排補考。
Students who miss the “Badge Assessment Day” should notify their coach during class to arrange a make-up assessment.

- 考核： 教練將於「考試月份」在課堂上進行考核。
Assessments: Coaches will conduct assessments during class in the designated “Exam Month”.
- 證書： 考核合格者，教練將頒發「章別證書」。
Certificates: Upon passing the assessment, students will be awarded a “Level Certificate”.
- 補考： 未合格者將由教練紀錄，並安排於下一次考核日補考。*(備註：每次考試會有一次補考機會)
Retakes: Students who do not pass will be recorded in the register and arranged to retake the exam on the next assessment day. (Note: Only one retake opportunity is allowed per exam.)
